“Everything was so beautiful. I think the entertainment was really wow, it was so nice. The girls, all of the ideas that we had and put together with the costumes and the music. It was so stunning, overwhelmingly stunning. Everyone was asking me, “How did you come up with these ideas and dancers and stuff?” I think we really killed it. I was so impressed with the entertainment, it was 100% the best thing we did that night.
Everyone was telling me that this was like one of the best days of their life and that this was the best wedding they’ve been to, and that’s like the biggest compliment. Also, the arch that you made for the stage was so beautiful. I really felt like I was in Skybar in Beirut. It was so stunning. I wasn’t expecting all of these things. ” “Having to plan a wedding abroad is the hardest thing you will ever have to go through!” Those were the concerns that hunted my husband and I for weeks once we decided that it would be our best option to do a wedding outside Lebanon!! A year and few months ahead we started searching for our wedding planner!

I will never forget my first meeting with Micheline!! As soon as I walked out the door I called my husband with a big relief to tell him that we found our wedding planner!! From day one Micheline and her super team showed us nothing but confidence, support and professionalism!! Our journey began! My husband and I went to Como in the summer of 2018. Luckily Micheline was following up from beirut the details of our trip!! She helped us from booking of the best restaurants, helping us discover Como, organizing food tasting at different locations and even setting me up with a hair and make-up trial!! She was always available to help us and guide us!!

In the upcoming year neither my husband or myself felt the “pressure of the wedding” because Micheline and her amazing team walked us through every step, scheduling everything ahead, so we would arrive to our big day happy and prepared!! They added their own touch and experience to our taste, helping us more and more with every single detail in order to create our fairytale!

Even when Micheline went to como few months before our wedding she would contact me via video call explaining and demonstrating everything!! Her strong personality guided us to plan our perfect “getaway wedding” which lasted 2 days; a pre-wedding dinner and the wedding day and was perfectly executed! Micheline and the team helped us beyond words to execute every wish or dream we wanted!! They would even assist our guests on every level and were always available for questions or concerns! We created a bond so deep that we were all very comfortable around each other which made the whole journey smoother!

In Como, we met the Italian professional team of Giritaly!! The two teams helped us mix our Lebanese/Armenian heritage in an elegant and luxurious way! As such, we were looking for a destination that best fulfills these characteristics, that has a substantive meaning for us as a couple, and that is convenient for our international guests as well as our guests flying from Lebanon. So, we decided to tie the knot in Rome, the Eternal City. We are so glad for having made that decision. It is such a glamorous destination for a special event!

Planning a destination wedding can be very complicated. There could be several challenges associated with it, such as dealing with people who speak a different language, finding the right suppliers, understanding the way foreign contracts are done, locating the perfect sites, etc. We were aware early on, that the success of our wedding will heavily depend on our choice of a wedding planner.
